MAINTENANCE OF VALVES
We carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work on manual valves such as ball, butterfly, gate, globe, retention, complying with the applicable standards (API 598, API 6 ª, API 6 B), to provide a complete service in maintenance and machining we have a lathe and milling area to recover mechanical parts, and manufacture packaging from different materials.
LEAKAGE TESTING
We carry out "hydrostatic and pneumatic" Leak Testing Services and Controlled Torque (Under the guidelines, API 598 PI 6 D, ASME B 31 3 2010 certified personnel issued by the ASNT as Level I and II in hydrostatic leak tests and pneumatics, equipment from the most recognized brands (Haskel Pumps, Barton Graphics, etc. certified before EMA.
SAND BLAST AND PAINTING
We carry out Application Service of commercial and industrial sand blast and paint anticorrosive coatings. Inspection of non-destructive tests: Visual inspection, Penetrating Liquids Magnetic Particles Leakage Test, measurement of coatings and interpretation of results
REPAIR OF PUMPS
We provide mechanical maintenance services, alignment and balancing of centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, high pressure pumps, gear pumps, pneumatic pumps and industrial rotating equipment.
TORQUE AND TENSIONING
We carry out Bolting Services for flanges by application of manual, hydraulic and tensioning controlled torque, according to the ASME PCC 1 guideline, equipment from the most recognized brands (Atlas Copco and Hytorc pumps certified before EMA.
WELDING SERVICE
We perform Welding Application Services, manufacture of pressure vessels with personnel qualified by a CWI according to AWS and ASME criteria.
DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND ASSEMBLY
We carry out Design, manufacture, welding and assembly of process pipes and valves in materials of carbon steel, stainless steel 312, 308, 304 and 316 Inconel, titanium, aluminum, P 11 P 22 P 91 in the MIG, GTAW processes , SMAW and FCAW, Heat Treatment Service (stress relieved)
POLI-PIGS RUNS
We carry out Pig Run Services for cleaning pipes by means of pressure Poly pigs in 6", 12" and 18" pipes. Internal inspection of pipes by means of a Borescope with a 48 linear m probe.
OFF SHORE
Our staff is qualified and trained to carry out services on marine platforms for the production of OFF SHORE crude oil and oil wells on land and in hydrocarbon facilities of the main companies in the energy sector, complying with safety and training standards for personnel in security matter
